A word to the wise:
Top off your gas tanks tonight, because a hurricane is supposed to hit New Orleans tonight, home of most of the nation's oil refineries, and gas prices are expected to jump ten cents overnight.
Edit: They're saying now that due to damages and shutdowns to platforms in the gulf and to refineries the hurricane will hit, they have no idea how high gas prices will rise and that we could be feeling the effects until the end of the year. Anyone else thinking about the Carter Administration here?
